I'm not sure this is a bug as much as it is a gameplay issue. And, I could not reproduce it. In my first run through of the demo, I could not figure out how to pitch the tent. When in the campground, I was prompted to clean it with the shovel, which was done. But I got no direction about how to pitch the tent. It was only when I went to another part of the map (near the auto shop) that I started getting prompts. I ended up restarting the game and was able to get all the necessary prompts and nudges right off the bat.
W10 Home on Lenovo Laptop with 8GB memory 240GB SSD, Core i5 processor. I was unable to reproduce after the first gameplay.
